About
Founded by Someone Who Built One
Grove was founded by Mark Raymond, who spent a decade in CMS and composable tech and built Strapi's global partner program from zero.
That means the failure modes are familiar. Tiers nobody can reach. Onboarding that is a PDF. Leads that stopped six months ago and nobody said anything.
We embed rather than advise. Program architecture, partner recruitment, activation, QBRs, and the operational layer underneath it.
How We Work
Audit
Three to four weeks looking at what you already have. Partner agreements, tier structure, onboarding, lead flow, and conversations with the agencies themselves. You get a written diagnosis and a prioritized fix list. Usually the program is not broken where you think it is.
Program and incentive review
Partner sentiment interviews
Prioritized recommendations
Build
We design the program and stand it up. Tier architecture, incentive models, partner agreements, onboarding, enablement, and the operational layer underneath. Then we recruit the first cohort and get them through a real project.

Run
We hold the partnerships seat. QBRs, lead allocation, partner communications, performance reporting, and the ongoing work of keeping agencies engaged rather than nominally signed up.
